Bon Voyage

Tyler left yesterday morning to go to Georgia to train there for 7 weeks:( We got to spend a weekend in the Woodlands after he came back from a trip to Florida. It was great to have quality time together but sad because it will be our last time for a while. We ate at some of our favorite restaurants-P.F. Changs and Macaroni Grill- and just went into some of the fun shops there. It is going to be a long 5 months apart but we are looking forward to the time that we will get to spend together in between. Lieutenant Vaughn!

Tyler is an official graduate of Texas A&M and a 2nd Lieutenant. I am so proud of him...we got to spend the weekend with both of our families when they came down for the festivities. He is sworn in and will report for duty at Ft. Benning, Georgia on June 8th.

The end of one chapter the beginning of another...

SOOO much has happened since I last blogged! Tyler is finally about to graduate on May 10th along with many of our other friends. After he graduates we will be taking a cruise out of San Diego to Cabo and Ensenada, Mexico for 5 days. We are super excited because this is our first real vacation alone since our honeymoon. This will also be our last time to spend good quality time together before Tyler leaves to go to training for 5 and a half months:( This past semester Tyler had an internship and I took 19 hours and got a new job working at Allstate Financial. While Tyler is away at training I will be working and taking some classes and living with an absolutely amazing girl who's fiance' is also away for training. As this chapter closes for Tyler another new exciting one opens for him. After Tyler gets back from training and I graduate, we will be moving to Albuquerque, NM where I will work as an event planner and Tyler will be working with his dad selling Insurance for AFLAC. Can't wait to see how things turn out!

Our Wonderful Friends & Family...

We have been so blessed to have wonderful friends and family that have been here for us for quite some time. I have made so many great memories and couldn't be any happier with the friends God has given us! For all of our great friends...you know who you are....we just want to say thanks for always being there. We love ya'll!!!

Aggie Football

So our Aggies may not be the best in football this year....but we love going to the games. Tailgaiting before makes standing in the heat for 3 and a half hours a whole lot easier! Lots of pics from all the games that we have gone to....check em' out!
